We know some things aren't working and some are glitchy but it's an early release in which most things do work.

Okay, restarting the topic now I've managed to talk to Divien. I'm setting up my computer to host 5-10 hours a day tommorow, until we get a host supporting ASP, MySQL and the ODBC connector.

Spells, pets and misc items now work. You can also rename your pet in the shop for 20 gold.

You can now buy extra slots. Each extra slot is 200 tokens, and you can have up to 10 extra slots. Shields now work.

Fixed a major security flaw which let you do actions on other people's characters in the following files:

clan-join.asp
clan-tokens.asp
purchaseface.asp
update-skin.asp

Added the user ID to load when logging in. You can now convert tokens to gold in the shop (200 tokens = 3000 gold). You can now sort items, and the second item in each slot will show up on your character page. If you only have one item in a slot that item will show up.

Got the shop half-way working, it now loads the shop and the shops sells one item, which you won't be able to buy just yet. Minor improvements on the shop, added forgot password and character page view to the progress list.

Updated the town and inn SWF files to the newest and now the faces show up right like you chose them when creating your character.

Minor character loading improvements and now it's possible to enter to inn and look at the travel map AND added battle and news loading to progress list. Finished registration and news loading systems. In-game entering is good enough for now, starting work on shops and battle.

Started working on the playing part of the game and added load town, load character into the progress list. Bypassed the URL check of BattleOn, now everything is faster.

WinQuest needs a host supporting ASP, MySQL and the ODBC connector between the two. We are also recruiting flash designers.
